I believe every person is inherently deserving of a fulfilling and meaningful life. At the same time, I recognise that our experiences and relational patterns can create challenges that hold us back from living the life or forming the relationships we long for. I hold a deep belief in people’s capacity to grow — in their innate resilience, strength, and ability to change. Within the therapeutic space, my aim is to empower individuals to take meaningful steps toward the life they want to lead, supported by greater awareness and a renewed sense of agency.
I have extensive experience working with a range of therapeutic modalities and as a therapist, I think it is crucial to adapt to my clients’ therapeutic needs and wishes and to offer a modality that best suits them as individuals. I am aware that any therapeutic process can be emotionally challenging and I am committed to supporting my clients through this process by respecting their pace and enabling them to feel safe and contained in our sessions.
I can practice a range of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Analytical Therapy and Schema Therapy. My areas of expertise are trauma, relational difficulties and emotion dysregulation, with both adults and adolescents. I am also passionate about working with parents of children and adolescents with mental health difficulties or presenting with challenging behaviour.
I am a strong believer in the efficacy and value of relational approaches. I am committed to helping people feel truly seen. I feel privileged to be in a position where I can work closely with people and bear witness to their stories, in order to help them achieve the lives they want to have.
